Pastor Richard Hildreth came to First Assembly of God in Alexandria , KY in October of 1998. He and his wife Patti are graduates of North Central University . Pastor has a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral studies. Patti has a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education. Pastor also has a diploma in Business management from Pratt Community College . They have been happily married since August of 1980. God has blessed them with 3 Godly sons, Nathaniel, Micah, and Jacob. Pastor was licensed to preach in 1982 from the Minnesota District of the Assemblies of God and ordained in 1984 from Indiana District of the A.G. The Hildreths have pastored in Indiana , Iowa , Kansas , and now Kentucky . They have been able to lead each church to become debt free. In the churches pastored they have received many honors at the district and national level in missions and Christian education. Pastor has had the honor to serve in leadership at the district level and has served as the vice president of Teen Challenge of Kansas and is the president of Teen Challenge of Kentucky

“I tried, but no one ever called me” are painful words for a leader who has much work to do and not enough people willing to do it. These words are painful for the person who wanted to contribute, but was never called. These are also painful words for a person who is committed to helping people connect and contribute in meaningful ways within the church.
